The MBSR course enriched my life a lot. I liked the form that is more professional without an unnecessary layer of spirituality. I listen to the recordings that were part of the course up to now. The course and especially its teacher Eva enabled me to embrace the mindfulness practice. Thanks to this, my inner and outer world has changed a lot. I had tried to practice meditation and mindfulness a few times before, however it had no long-term effect. The MBSR format of the course helped me to implement regularity which led to visible in changes in my life.
The MBSR course was a useful guide how to stop, notice what is going on and why , enjoy the power of present moment and relax the mind that normally works in high speed. It showed me new ways how I can myself increase my life energy by faster and more effective elimination of stress which I am often not even aware of. Because before I had learned to suppress or overlook stress before. An interesting thing that I did not expect was observing specific reactions of my body on different mind states and vice versa.
Eva as a coach is a systematic and patient guide and teacher. She works with scientifically proven methods, that she can explain and adjust to the needs of the group and also to individual needs.
It was nice to go through the course with a group of people with similar thinking, motivated to move our mindfulness and awareness to the next level.
I took part in an individual 8-week mindfulness course. Eva is an experienced and empathetic coach. It was pleasant to discover that in a natural form I can change my approach to different situations in everyday work and personal life. The meetings with Eva were somehow a start of inner changes for me. Self-awareness and certain techniques can help us to navigate our lives in a qualitatively better way.

The MBCL program brought me many insights and a deeper understanding of compassion and forgiveness. I learned to better manage difficult situations and deal with my emotions. I joined the MBCL course full of expectations after previous good experiences from the MBSR course. The knowledge acquired in this course perfectly complemented the knowledge and practice of mindfulness. The meditations from the course were pleasant and easier to implement. It was an excellent and effective training to enhance your inner harmony, better cope with stress, increase your effectiveness and the strength of being in the present moment with mindfulness. I took away interesting and effective relaxation techniques, basics of office yoga and a strong belief that Eva is a professional with a great amount of empathy.
A coach, psychologist and trainer. Eva is a great professional with a human face. When coaching she in neutral and leads the client to cognition in a way that the client feels that someone cares about him, however he discovers the solutions himself. Eva also approaches life and works situations of her clients as a psychologist. She can in the right moment “prescribe” what is needed – either a psychological advice or very effective business and life coaching. The clients often gets 2 in 1, which is outstanding.
From the mindfulness workshop I took away not only new and interesting information but mainly comprehension on what my body and soul actually need. An unexpected bonus was my own action plan on what I want and can do about it. The workshop will not change one’s life, this can be done only by ourselves, however it is the right place to start.

Self-kindness is a common theme currently, in the age of requirements coming to us from all sides. Practicing and incorporating mindfulness into everyday life is also a part of self-kindness. Which means allowing yourself to devote time just to yourself. This learning from the MBSR course was key for me and therefore I try to spread it among my friends, family and clients.
I took part in the MBSR course in a hectic period of my life and it helped me to remind myself how beautiful present moments are – here and now. Thanks to the course I got familiar with different techniques – such as body scan, meditations, increasing awareness of own feelings – some of them I liked, I learned them well and incorporated them into my life on regular basis.
