For individuals

We focus on mindfulness and its application in everyday life. We help our clients find inner peace, build resilience to stress, and experience life with greater ease and joy.

For adults and teenagers, we offer mindfulness and compassion courses. The MBSR, MBCL, and dotB programs are based on scientifically validated approaches and have been shown to reduce stress reactivity, strengthen cognitive functioning, enhance inner calm, deepen connection with others, and support a fuller appreciation of pleasant moments in life. They also help reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression.
