Neurosomatic Mindfulness Retreat
The new and unique program connects mindfulness practice based on old traditions with neuroscience and somatic exercises of the polyvagal theory of Dr. Stephen Porges.
We will meditate, relax and get to know the latest frindings from neuroscience in a playful way. We will measure your stress level and you will find out what neurohacking is. The retreat includes hotel accommodation, access to the wellness center, half board and a weekend course.
