MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – 8-week program

MBSR is a science-based program to deal with stress, difficult thoughts or challenging emotions. It also enables participants  to be more attuned to pleasant moments in life and feel more inner piece.

When: Tuesdays from October 11h to November 29th 2022, from 6 pm to 8.30 pm

Where: Virtually through zoom. In case of interest we will also open a live group in Bratislava.

Mindfulness, MBSR and stress reduction – free online workshop

On this  meeting  you will find out what is mindfulness and how it can help you in dealing with stress, difficult thoughts, emotions or everyday life difficulties. You will also learn more about the MBSR program.

When: Tuesday, September 20,  from 18.00 to 19.15

Where: virtually on zoom, the meeting is free

Mindfulness Further- program for MBSR graduates

This program will enble you to strenghten and depen your meditation practice in a pleasant way. You will have an opportunity to try something new, go deeper,  explore new aspects of your experience and integrate your meditation practice into everyday life more.

When: Mondays  March 21, April 11, May 9 and June 6, 2022 from 18:00 to 20:0
