MBSR is a science-based program to deal with stress, difficult thoughts or challenging emotions. It also enables participants to be more attuned to pleasant moments in life and feel more inner piece.
When: Tuesdays from October 11h to November 29th 2022, from 6 pm to 8.30 pm
Where: Virtually through zoom. In case of interest we will also open a live group in Bratislava.
