MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – 8-week program

MBSR is a science-based program to deal with stress, difficult thoughts or challenging emotions. It also enables participants  to be more attuned to pleasant moments in life and feel more inner piece.

When: Tuesdays from May 11h to June 29th 2021, from 6 pm to 8.30 pm

On this  meeting  you will find out what is mindfulness and how it can help you in dealing with stress, difficult thoughts, emotions or everyday life difficulties. You will also learn more about the MBSR program.

When: Thursday, April 22,  from 18.00 to 19.15

Resilience To Stress With Mindfulness

The aim of the workshop is to help participants increase their resilience and more easily manage the tensions created by the current situation, the pace of life, the number of tasks and the impact of digital technologies.
