In today’s fast world full of constant pressure and the need to be always available, we often do not realize the impact that this lifestyle has on our mind and body. Mindfulness is an approach for going through life in a lighter and at the same time richer way.
In my work, I use mindfulness to help my clients deal with stress and connect to their inner wisdom, which enables them to go through life in a more resilient and enjoyable way. I have long term personal meditation practice and work under supervision.
For corporate clients, we organize mindfulness workshops and courses that help people maintain good mental health, increase the quality of their life and build inner resilience. Our workshops are tailor-made according to the client’s needs.

I use mindfulness techniques both in the individual coaching and counselling work, especially when the need of dealing with pressure, improving inner strength or experiencing more self-kindness arises.
