Innovative Education For Schools

We support the development of mindfulness, emotional resilience, and mental well-being in teachers and children in schools, so that schools can become places of greater calm, safety, attention, and humanity. Our courses are accredited as innovative training for all categories of teaching and professional staff.

In today’s fast-paced, overstimulating world filled with social media and algorithm-driven attention, mindfulness helps both students and teachers develop the ability to focus attention, regulate stress, and work more effectively with emotions.

Scientific research shows that regular mindfulness practice supports cognitive abilities such as concentration, memory, and decision-making, while also strengthening emotional resilience and psychological wellbeing. For children and young people, mindfulness fosters self-awareness, empathy, safe and healthy relationships, and healthier ways of coping with challenging situations. For teachers, it helps prevent burnout, reduce stress reactivity, and create a calmer and more supportive environment for learning and relationships in the classroom.

Our MBSR, MBCL, and Wellbeing in Schools programmes are accredited as innovative professional development training for educational and specialist staff, including: teachers; vocational education instructors; educators; school coaches; teaching assistants; special education teachers; school digital coordinators; professional development teachers; psychologists and school psychologists; special educators and field special educators; career counsellors; speech therapists and school speech therapists; therapeutic educators; social educators; kindergarten teachers; primary and secondary school teachers; teachers of general and vocational education at secondary schools; art school teachers; language school teachers; lecturers; professional development methodologists; and attestation portfolio consultants.

Upon successful completion of the programme, pedagogical or specialist staff members are, in accordance with their professional development plan, eligible to apply for a 3% professional development salary bonus.
