MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – 8-week program

MBSR is a science-based program to deal with stress, difficult thoughts or challenging emotions. It also enables participants  to be more attuned to pleasant moments in life and feel more inner piece.

When: Tuesdays from October 14 to  December 2, 2025, from 6 pm to 8.30 pm

Mindfulness in Working with Clients

Do you work with clients individually or in groups and want to deepen your knowledge of how to integrate mindfulness into your work?

We have prepared a practical program where you will discover how to use mindfulness in a safe way, bringing a new and enriching dimension to your practice.

Mindfulness and Dealing With Stress – Corporate Workshop

Participants of this workshop will get to know mindfulness as an approach to deal with stress, difficult situations and to lead better quality life. They will experience  practical techniques that can be used in every-day life. Present moment experience and unwinding are part of the workshop.
