MBSR: Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction – 8-week program

MBSR is a science-based program to deal with stress, difficult thoughts or challenging emotions. It also enables participants  to be more attuned to pleasant moments in life and feel more inner piece.

When: Tuesdays from March 11 to  April 29, 2025, from 6 pm to 8.30 pm

MBCL: Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living – 8-week program

This beautiful course will navigate you through the secrets of compassion to yourself and others and enable you to experience life in a deepaer and more enriching way. The program builds on mindfulness skills, and is suitable as an advanced  course for MBSR graduates or those of you who already have long-term meditation practice.

When: Tuesdays from October 8 to  Nobember 26, 2024, from 6 pm to 8.30 pm

Mindfulness and Dealing With Stress – Corporate Workshop

Participants of this workshop will get to know mindfulness as an approach to deal with stress, difficult situations and to lead better quality life. They will experience  practical techniques that can be used in every-day life. Present moment experience and unwinding are part of the workshop.
